About Me.
Carolyn has worked with businesses over 25 years, from start-ups to high growth, across the public, private and voluntary sectors.
She has delivered training and support with all aspects of business management and leadership and worked with high growth businesses on the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme at Aston Business School. She has a Masters in Coaching from the University of Warwick. Her dissertation focused on Coaching Scale-up Entrepreneurs.
Carolyn has worked as a coach since 2012 and her clients are mainly business owners, entrepreneurs and senior executives. Working with high growth businesses remains an area of interest.
Her approach is primarily non-directive, providing a space that is a safe and confidential, allowing coachees to explore what they want to achieve, develop greater awareness and understanding, explore fresh ways to resolve issues and how to achieve goals more effectively.
Since 2017 Carolyn has been teaching coaching at the University of Warwick and enjoys combining her coaching practice with supporting the development of the coaches of the future.
She is a Member of the Association for Coaching and abides by the Global Code of Ethics.
